The docker iamge must via DockerHub? Can I choose other third-party mirror sites?

As long as ‘docker pull’ can pull the image and the image is publicly accessible, it is fine with us.

1. Does docker data all need raw data? Can the radiology folder save the intermediate result? (the extracted ROI by segmentation)

2. Can we save the intermediate results when running docker? For example, The sampling patches of WSI.

The Docker container will have an input mount and an output mount. Your source data should be available in the input (test data). There should be no other data requirement. Any data your docker container would have downloaded from the internet from a ```pip install``` or a ```wget``` will not be possible and therefore you should have that already loaded into the image. Furthermore you can use the output folder for intermediate results.

Hijacking the post since my question is related: will the top 6 teams be contacted for docker submission as stipulated in Terms & Conditions? or should all participants submit docker image? (it takes some time to create the Dockerfile...)

I've been told that we will contact those from whom we need submissions. Consider the test phase (csv submission) separate from the docker submission afterwards. Those not chosen as finalists do not need to build a docker container.

How to konw whether in the finalists? You will contact these people by email?

If I did not receive the email, then i don't need to submit the docker images

oh,I haven't received the email so far. I think it's hopeless
