> Paper Submission

Hi,
I have same questioins about the short paper summited on 19th Aug.
1、What is the relationship of this paper to the final Brainlesion Workshop paper?
2、Can this paper be extended for submission to other journals besides LNCS?

Thanks!

Hi Tabulo,

From Challenge Organizers:
This is a short paper showing the intent to participate and incorporating the main results that we will review for the extended LNCS version. This LNCS version could then be further extended to be submitted as a journal manuscript elsewhere.

Thanks, I also have some trouble:
1、LNCS and MICCAI Workshop are different, right? This short paper can be submitted to the Brain Lesion (BrainLes) workshop after reviewing?
2、Does the author information of the short paper need to be anonymous?
Thanks!

Hi,

Would it be possible to extend the paper submission deadline to the 24th of August to align with the validation phase?

Thank you.

The deadline is now extended to Aug 24, 23:59 Pacific Time.

We look forward to your submission.

Also in response to two questions we have some responses from the official challenge organizers.

Thanks, I also have some trouble:
1、LNCS and MICCAI Workshop are different, right? This short paper can be submitted to the Brain Lesion (BrainLes) workshop after reviewing?

You need to submit your short paper in the CMT submission system of the MICCAI BrainLes workshop (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/BrainLes2020/), Once you log in the CMT system, you will be asked to choose a Track. Since your submission will be referring to our challenge, it is to the best of your interest to choose the “CPM-RadPath” Track. The final version of the paper will be published as part of the BrainLes 2020 proceedings, by Springer in their Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

2、Does the author information of the short paper need to be anonymous?

The Author information for challenge papers do not need to be double blind. You can leave your names and affiliations inside, such that we can confirm your submission is in line with your teamname.
